I HAD TO VISIT MY LOCAL FOOD PANTRY FOR ASSISTANCE. I COME UPON A NEW FIND. I NEVER TRIED BEFORE, I WANT TO SHARE THE EXPERIENCE. I FOUND MARSCAPONE, A SWEET SPREADABLE CHEESE, IT TASTES LIKE BUTTER AND CREAM CHEESE AND WHIPPED CREAM. I THINK ITS EVEN BETTER THAN CREAM CHEESE, BUTTER, ANDWHIPPED CREAM. I TRIED IT IN MY SUGAR COOKIE RECIPE, IT WAS HEAVENLY, ON THE PACKAGE IT SAYS ITS HALF THE CALORIES OF BUTTER AND NUTRIONAL VALUES OF DAIRY PRODUCTS. I TRIED IT IN MACARONI AND CHEESE INSTEAD OF BUTTER THAT WORKS GREAT. BUT YOU CAN'T MELT IT LIKE BUTTER FOR AN OMELET. I HOPE I CAN AFFORD TO KEEP IT ON MY GROCERY LIST, I HOPE IT WILL BE WORTH THE PRICE.
