Thought I would list my favorite " comfort foods " as I actually did a post on this in another Tribe.

Macaroni & Cheese
Grilled Cheese Sammiches
Pizza with Pepperoni
Triscuits & Sharp Cabot Cheddar Cheese
Ice Cold Coca-cola ... actually frozen is acceptable too :-)
Ice Cream ( Chocolate Chocolate Chip )
Dark Godiva Chocolates
Potato Chips fried in Lard
Rasberries
Mashed Potatoes smothered in butter & over-salted
Peas the same way.
Sugar cookies
Licking the salt off of pretzels and throwing away the pretzel

I hope to find my recipe box ... it is filled with some unique comfort food recipies that were handed down to me by a very special lady ...
