Hello all...
I am new here and so much about seeking out comfort food in times of woe. My all-time favorite would have to be decadent, cheesy, rich, fatty, garlicky mashed potatoes.
Also I love lasagna, meatloaf, and if I must have a veggie, asparagus drenched in rich cheese sauce.
Dessert? Chocolate eclairs or pecan pie (warm and gooey).
